AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAM

IN-HOME SUPPORT
Our in-home support services are delivered in the comfort and familiarity of your own environment, assisting participants with daily living tasks, personal care, household routines, and skill development.
Ideal for: participants who require support with daily tasks, personal care, or skill-building within the home environment.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
Our community access support helps participants engage with their local community, attend appointments, explore interests, access recreational activities, and build meaningful social connections.
Ideal for: participants who want to explore their community, build independence outside the home, and increase social participation.
CAPACITY BUILDING
Our capacity building supports are designed to develop the skills, confidence, and independence participants need to achieve their long-term NDIS goals. Whether it's improving daily living skills, developing communication, building social connections, or working toward employment and further education we're here to support the journey.
Ideal for: participants working toward greater independence, skill development, and achieving their NDIS plan goals.
SHORT-TERM RESPITE
Our short term respite support gives carers and families the opportunity to rest and recharge, while participants enjoy a positive, engaging experience in a safe and supported setting. Respite is not just a break for families - it's also a valuable opportunity for participants to build independence, try new experiences, and connect with others.
Ideal for: families and carers needing temporary relief, and participants who benefit from new environments and social experiences.
